How Your Information Is Handled
When you submit the form, it is processed by a small program on our website's server (PHP) and emailed to us so we can read and respond to it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We may share information only when necessary to operate our business or when required by law.
Spam Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To keep automated spam out of our form, the Contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile. To tell real visitors apart from bots, Turnstile may process limited technical information (such as your IP address and basic browser/interaction signals) when you use the form. This is used only for spam and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare's privacy documentation for details.
Map (Google)
Our service-area map does not load until you choose to open it. If you select "load the interactive map," your browser then connects to Google to display it, and Google may receive technical information as part of loading the map. If you do not open the map, no connection to Google is made.
Data Retention
We keep service request information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and service your request and to keep ordinary business records. If you would like us to delete a request you sent, just ask.
Cookies & Analytics
We do not set tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not use website analytics at this time. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe it.
Your Choices
You're never required to submit the form, you can always call or text us instead. If you'd like us to delete a request you sent, or stop contacting you, just let us know.
