Our Repair Services
From refrigerators and washers to ovens, microwaves and TVs, here's the full range of what we repair for homes and families across the Valley.
Refrigerator & Freezer Repair
In home repair for Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Maytag, KitchenAid, Bosch, Viking, Sub Zero, Thermador and Monogram refrigerators and freezers, top freezer, bottom freezer, side by side, French door and built in.
Not cooling
Likely cause: a failed evaporator fan motor, dust clogged condenser coils, or a faulty compressor start relay.
Leaking water
Likely cause: a frozen or clogged defrost drain line, or a cracked water supply fitting behind the unit.
Ice maker not working
Likely cause: a frozen fill tube, a failed water inlet valve, or a worn ice maker module.
Loud or always running
Likely cause: dust packed condenser coils or a worn condenser fan motor making the compressor work overtime.
Good to know: dirty condenser coils are one of the most common, and least expensive, causes of poor cooling and constant running. We check them on every fridge call.
Washer Repair
Top load and front load washers from Whirlpool, Maytag, LG, Samsung, GE, Kenmore, Speed Queen and Miele, we diagnose the real cause instead of guessing.
Won't drain
Likely cause: a clogged drain pump or filter (socks and coins are common culprits), or a kinked drain hose.
Won't spin
Likely cause: a worn drive belt, a broken lid switch or door lock, or a failed motor coupling.
Loud or shaking
Likely cause: worn drum bearings, tub shocks, or suspension springs, or simply an unlevel machine.
Won't start
Likely cause: a faulty lid switch or door lock, a blown thermal fuse, or a main control board fault.
Good to know: a washer that "walks" across the floor usually just needs leveling, but a persistent banging on the spin cycle points to worn bearings.
Dryer Repair
Gas and electric dryers from Whirlpool, Maytag, LG, Samsung, GE, Kenmore, Electrolux and Miele, vented and ventless.
No heat
Likely cause: a blown thermal fuse, a failed heating element (electric), or a bad igniter or gas valve coil (gas).
Won't tumble
Likely cause: a broken drive belt, a worn idler pulley, or a failed drive motor.
Takes too long to dry
Likely cause: a clogged lint vent or duct restricting airflow, the most common dryer problem of all.
Won't start
Likely cause: a faulty door switch, a blown thermal fuse, or a failed start switch.
Good to know: a clogged dryer vent is the leading cause of long dry times, and a major fire hazard. We clear and test airflow as part of the repair.
Oven & Stove Repair
Ranges, wall ovens and cooktops, gas and electric, from GE, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Samsung, LG, Bosch, Maytag, Wolf, Viking and Thermador.
Oven won't heat
Likely cause: a failed bake or broil element (electric), or a worn igniter (gas).
Burner won't light
Likely cause: a clogged burner port, a failed spark electrode, or a bad igniter switch.
Wrong or uneven temperature
Likely cause: a faulty oven temperature sensor or a thermostat that needs recalibration.
Won't turn on
Likely cause: a tripped breaker, a failed control board, or a wiring fault.
Good to know: an oven running 25 to 50° off is often just a worn temperature sensor, an inexpensive part that restores accurate baking.
Microwave Repair
Countertop and over the range microwaves from Panasonic, GE, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, Sharp, Bosch and Wolf.
Runs but won't heat
Likely cause: a failed magnetron, a bad high voltage diode, or a faulty door interlock switch.
Turntable won't spin
Likely cause: a failed turntable motor or a stripped drive coupler.
Door or buttons not working
Likely cause: a worn door interlock switch or a failing membrane keypad.
Sparking inside
Likely cause: a burnt waveguide cover or damaged paint inside the cavity.
Good to know: microwaves store a dangerous high voltage charge even when unplugged, this is one repair best left to a technician.
TV Repair
OLED, QLED, LED, LCD and Plasma sets from Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio, TCL and Hisense. We're Factory Authorized for Samsung, LG and Sony and offer in home TV repair.
No power / won't turn on
Likely cause: a failed power supply board or swollen capacitors.
Sound but no picture
Likely cause: a backlight (LED) failure or a faulty TCON board.
Cracked or lined screen
Likely cause: a damaged panel or a loose ribbon cable connection.
No sound
Likely cause: a blown speaker or a fault on the main/audio board.
Good to know: as a Factory Authorized servicer for Samsung, LG and Sony, we can often handle in warranty TV repairs, just ask.

Service Questions
Do you come to my home for the repair?
Yes. We handle your repair right in your home, refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens and microwaves, and we offer in home TV repair too. Just call or send a service request and we'll set up a visit at a time that works for you.
How much will my repair cost?
Every repair is different, so we provide repair options after diagnosing the actual problem. That way you get accurate information, not a guess. We'll always explain your options before doing the work.
Why is a diagnosis sometimes needed?
Symptoms can have several possible causes. A diagnosis lets us find the true source of the problem so the repair is done right and you're not paying for the wrong fix.
What if my item isn't worth repairing?
We'll tell you honestly. Not every repair is cost effective or even possible, and we would rather give you straight advice than sell you a repair that doesn't make sense.
Do you work on all major brands?
Yes. We service most major brands of TVs and appliances, including Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio, TCL, Hisense, GE, Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Bosch, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Dacor, Sub Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador and Miele. If you don't see your brand, just ask.
